New Westminster Counselling Office

Directions

We are located right in the heart of the waterfront area of New Westminster at Columbia and Sixth Street. This location is easily accessed from New Westminster, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Richmond and Surrey. It is just a two minute walk from both Columbia Street and New Westminster Skytrain stations and offers easy and quick access by car from the Queensborough Bridge, King George Highway, and the No. 1 Highway.

Reception & Building Access

We are located on the 4th floor in suite #424.

Steadfast Counselling’s front desk reception hours are:

• Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 4:30 pm

The front doors to the building are unlocked during these times:

• Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 6:30 pm.
• Saturday – Sunday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

If you arrive between 9:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday, please let our reception staff know you are here so they can inform your counsellor.

If you arrive between 7:30am – 9:00am or between 4:30pm – 6:30pm Monday – Friday, please come up to the fourth floor and buzz to be let in.

After Hours

• Monday – Friday 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
• Saturday – Sunday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

If you are arriving during these times, the front doors will be locked. Please use the intercom system . If you do not get a response, your counsellor is likely in a session and will be with you shortly. Please wait and try the buzzer again. Parking

Parking is made easy at this location. We offer two free visitor stalls in the Downtown New Westminster Parkade labeled BAAS 1 and BAAS 2. Enter the parkade by the Sixth Street entrance, turn immediately to your left and you will see the visitor’s spots on your right. Please let our receptionist know you have parked there upon arrival. As well, there is ample street parking in the neighbourhood.
